Chili Rubbed Rib Eye  
Rub
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Coriander seeds, ground in a mortar (or just 1 teaspoon ground)
    Kosher salt

Steak

2 8 oz boneless rib eye steaks about 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil

Serves 2 as a main dish

Combine rub ingredients in a bowl.

Rub oil on steaks and then distribute rub on both sides.

Grill 3-4 minutes per side.

Let stand on a cutting board covered with foil for five minutes before serving.

Serve with Pablano Corn Ragout and a bottle of Frontier Red
