Southern Caribbean Cruise
Caveman Joe got home from his
spring break vacation with his family this past week and
realized something: Outside of Sporgy IX, he had no trip
or vacation to look forward to. This just can't be. Joe
always needs something to look forward to. There always
has to be a major vacation already planned and agreed
upon. Seems like he's been so busy lately, he forgot this
major promise to himself.
He immediately got on the
phone to Uncle Rusty. Both are Diamond Members of the
Captains Club (membership has it's privileges) with Royal
Caribbean Cruise Line. They decided that a spring break
cruise out of Puerto Rico next year would be just the
ticket. After some research, the boys settled on the
Adventure Of The Seas and the rest is history!
One of the real attractions
of this ship other than the great itinerary is that as of
March 26, 2008 you can book a cabin for 599 per person and
a mini-suite with a balcony for less than 1200 per person.
Of course these rates will change, so why wait? Get on the
horn to Royal Caribbean and
sign up for this great cruise yourself!
The Adventure Of The Seas
leaves out of San Juan, Puerto Rico and spends its first
day at sea followed by a stop in Aruba, then Curacao,
another day at sea and finishing up with two of the most
popular islands on any Caribbean itinerary, St. Maarten
and St. Thomas. The two days at sea are perfect for us as
we really enjoy cruising through the beautiful waters of
the Caribbean in March. March is almost the perfect time
to go as well as temperatures average in the mid 80s and
there is usually very little inclement weather to speak
of.
This trip requires a
refundable 500 dollar deposit. If you cancel your cruise
before January 3, 2009 you will get all of your money
back. Full payment is due January 4th. However, between
January 4th and February 12th you can still receive a
refund minus 250 dollars if you have to cancel. The idea
behind booking now is to lock in these low, low rates. If
the rates go lower, RCL will refund you the difference.
So, what are you waiting
for? Book this trip now!
