People always want to know where the best deal is!

Well to tell you the truth, the best deal is the deal you WORK for, not the one that falls in your lap. Like anything else, a Las Vegas Vacation price requires time and effort (which equals work). You can always have a travel agent do this kind of stuff, but hey, its more satisfying if you do it yourself right?

We wish we could tell you that there  is ONE site for the best airfare, ONE site for the best hotel rooms or ONE site for the best packages. You would hope it would be that simple, but it seems like once everybody settles on one site for hotel rooms, there is another challenger that pops up and offers better rooms for better rates.

With this in mind, we performed a little unscientific survey of our own. We first challenge the idea of package deals by trying to procure the best package and then trying to break the package down ourselves into the hotel and airfare components. The results of our inquiry for Memorial Day 2002 are listed below. We hope this is informative and gives you the lasting impression that nothing is set in stone when it comes to the World Wide Web!
