Sahara Renovations

The legendary Sahara Hotel & Casino, recently acquired by SBE Entertainment Group and Stockbridge Real Estate Funds, has undergone an array of short term improvements intended to enhance the historic property
and the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. As of August 1st, SBE assumed management of the hotel and its associated food and beverage operations
via its operating subsidiary, SBE Hotel Group. The Sahara's gaming division
is currently under the operation of Larry Woolf's Navegante under a lease arrangement.

"The Sahara is one of the last remaining original properties on the
Las Vegas strip, and we are thrilled with the possibilities that it presents," commented SBE's CEO, Sam Nazarian. "Our plan is to eventually reposition this legendary property for a new generation of travelers, while preserving
its existing scale."
