Bob Stupak's brainstorm gone awry. The Strat has been in trouble since the outset. The casino seems to be nice enough, and so is the hotel, but service, food and location seem to be the thorny issues here. One good thing is that Olympic Garden is right down the street. The bad thing is that the neighborhood north of here is atrocious. Another good thing is that it is cheap!
