Definitely catering to the budget minded Hog. However, even though the place is cheesy is even by Las Vegas standards, it does what it sets out to do. One good thing unlike the LV Hilton, the focus is narrow, so if you like this kind of thing, you'll love this place. By this "kind of thing" we mean seedy and crawling with hookers, good table games, lively bars, lots of cigarette smoke and adult atmosphere. Consequently, you'll find fiercely loyal Hogs to IP, and some who think it's a dump. Make up your own mind. We've been impressed at the comfort of the updated rooms. The hotel is a maze and difficult to get around in. Plus the elevator situation is downright comical. They've gotten rid of the sexy kimonos that the cocktail waitresses wear replacing them with a black suit coat/shorts outfit that just doesn't jibe with the IP theme, but does reveal plenty of charms which are found in abundance!!.  Expect to find all age ranges here.
